Treatment & Consultation Patient consultation: Skin, Hair, Laser, Anti-aging, Dermatology Patient journey: History taking, Woods Lamp Analysis, Advice diagnostic Tests, Create treatment plan Treatment: Assign the procedure paper to the therapist. Administering the treatment when required & Supervision at all times. Deliver results: Monitoring outcomes and recommending changes in treatment plans when necessary, maintain before after records Home care prescription: Prescribing relevant medication and topical products as part of a home care plan Informed Consent: To ensure the right consent form has been signed by the patient Relationship building: Educating patients on lifestyle choices and other ways to improve their condition & treating patients with respect and compassion Protocol: Ensuring that all procedures are in line with medical laws and regulations and SOP set by the company Cross conversion: Introducing other in-clinic category of treatments & ongoing offers, packages Follow up: Patient Satisfaction, feedback and referral generation Proactive complain management: Timely intervention and escalation of an unhappy client if they are seeing that results are not satisfactory rather than waiting for the client to complain/put a review Support & Assistance Assisting the Centre manager to achive monthly turnover by achieving individual targets Working with assistants, therapists and other team members to ensure patients receive adequate care Introduce new products and treatments and train all therapists on the same & revision from time and time Training and supervising each procedure in the clinic Making courtesy calls to clients Supervising therapists in clinic stock management and inventory re-ordering To be open to travel to other branches as and when required To provide training to staff assigned from time to time Research & Innovation To make presentations, conduct research in topics assigned to them time to time. "Represent the clinic on behalf of the Organization in assigned events, exhibition & seminars. Attend assigned trainings and conferences from time to time to upgrade skills and knowledge " To introduce new procedures and protocols from time to time Meet MR's and conduct new product / treatment trails before implementation Reply to Q&A on practo & writing monthly articles to be published as per topic assigned Reports Maintaining daily records on Practo To maintain individual daily reports and update daily calls, conversion and work done To ensure timely making of patient before afters To ensure injectable markings are recorded in practo Application Question(s): - May I know your current CTC? **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
