**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for improving organic search performance.
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, link building, and content optimization.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms.
- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-optimized content aligned with target keywords and audience intent.
- Perform technical SEO audits and work with the web development team to resolve issues such as site speed, mobile optimization, and crawl errors.
- Keep abreast of search engine algorithms and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Optimize website structure, user experience (UX), and internal linking for better crawlability and indexation.
- Track and report on key SEO metrics, such as rankings, traffic, and conversion rates, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Research competitors to identify gaps and develop strategies to outperform them.
- Plan and execute local SEO strategies to enhance visibility among regional distributors and partners.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in the FinTech or financial services industry.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and white-hat SEO practices.
- Experience with technical SEO, including site architecture, schema markup, and page speed optimization.
- Knowledge of keyword research tools and strategies.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
