**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Vehicle Maintenance**:

- Ensuring vehicles are maintained in good working condition.
- Scheduling routine servicing and repairs.

**Repair Management**:

- Arranging for necessary repairs and ensuring timely completion.
- Evaluating repair cost estimates and approving work.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensuring all transportation activities adhere to safety regulations.
- Maintaining records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.

**Record Keeping and Reporting**:

- Maintaining accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and costs.
- Preparing reports on vehicle status, maintenance schedules, and costs.
