Job Title: Full Stack Architect (React.js & Node.js) 10+ Years Experience
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Leadership:
Establish coding standards, design patterns, and technical best practices across front-end and back-end development.
Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams; conduct code reviews and architectural reviews.
Front-End Architecture (React.js):
Design component-based front-end architecture using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6)
Guide implementation of responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces.
Back-End Architecture (Node.js):
Architect robust server-side solutions using Node.js and associated frameworks (Express.js, Koa.js).
Design and govern RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Ensure security, performance, and scalability of server-side components.
Lead data architecture decisions across SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
DevOps & Integration:
Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Ensure secure integration of third-party services and external APIs.Required Skills and Qualifications:
10+ years of full-stack development experience with at least 3 5 years in a technical architect or lead role.
Deep expertise in React.js, Node.js, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks).
Solid experience designing scalable back-end architectures and microservices.
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes preferred).
Familiarity with cloud architecture patterns and deployment strategies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.
