**Executive - Accounts Payable**

**Department ** Finance **Date**:Jan’18

**Reports To **Senior Manager - Accounts

**Purpose **Supports Sr.Manager for Payment to vendors/Contractors of our
Company.

**1. Payables (Bills)**

**Areas of Responsibility ** Receive bills from all department (like HR, Engg, Park
,F&B,Mall)
- Check the bills from their respective W.O
- If found any discrepancy returned to concerned Department
- Deduct TDS/ WCT after as per applicable taxes.
- After Check, bills entered in tally.

**2. Payment**
- Receive all Advance payment P.O/ W.O From Purchase

Department.
- Check these if any queries returned to purchases
- Vendors payment through Chq & RTGS
- Maintain Chq release Registers

**3. Vendors related**
- Attend all vendors phone call for Payment / Bills
- Reconciliation of vendors ledgers
- **4. Other Misc. Works**
- Other Misc. works which have been given by seniors.

**Key Skills and Requirements**
- Bachelor of Commerce with 5-6 years experience.
- Experience of working in Payables department.
- Good knowledge of Accounting Software (Tally), Excel, MS word etc.
- A highly motivated individual who is able to handle a diverse range of works.
