**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to achieve sales targets.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our product.

Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative or similar role in the construction industry.

Understanding of construction products and materials.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Result-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Udupi and surrounding areas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹11,755.03 - ₹20,036.67 per month
