- Proficiency in modeling enclosures, doors, cutouts, and bends
- **AutoCAD** (optional but preferred for 2D drawings)
- **DXF/DWG Exporting** for laser cutting & fabrication
- **BOM (Bill of Materials) Preparation**:

- **Detail Drawing & Dimensioning**:

- **Understanding of Tolerances and GD&T**:

- **3D Modeling & Assembly in SolidWorks**:

- **Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes**:

- Laser cutting, bending, punching, powder coating

**Domain Knowledge**
- **HT & LT Electrical Panels**:

- Knowledge of ACB, MCCB, MCB, VCB, busbar layout, cable entry, etc.
- **Panel Layout Standards**:

- IEC/IS standards for electrical enclosures (IP rating, spacing)
- **Clearance & Creepage**:

- Understanding of electrical safety distances
- **Cable Routing / Gland Plate Design**:

- **Component Mounting Plates & Door Layouts**:

- **Sheet Metal Thickness Selection** based on panel size/load

**Soft Skills**
- Ability to communicate with electrical engineers & fabrication teams
- Experience working on timelines / project-based deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Willing to collaborate remotely or on-site (if needed)

**Skills Required**:

- SolidWorks (Sheet Metal design expertise)
- HT & LT panel enclosure design experience
- DXF drawing generation for fabrication
- BOM preparation and fabrication detailing
- Knowledge of ACB, MCCB, busbar layout, IP-rated enclosures
- Familiarity with IEC/IS standards in panel design
- Strong mechanical understanding of sheet metal processing (bending, punching)
- AutoCAD (preferred)
