Designation: Digital Marketer

Target segment: Construction and Manufacturing

**Overview**: As a Digital Marketer, you will play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company. You will primarily focus on generating leads, and supporting the external sales team in achieving their targets and completely own the digital platform. You should keep abreast of digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies and continuously learn and experiment with new digital marketing tools and techniques

This position requires a proactive approach to sales and exceptional communication and digital marketing skills.

- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies
- Manage Social Media Presence
- Customer Engagement

- CRM Management

**Detail Job responsibilities**:

- Manage digital space and content

1. Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to achieve specific business objectives, such as increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, or generating leads.
- Manage Social Media Presence

1. Develop and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube and others.

2. Create engaging content for social media, including text, image, and video posts.

3. Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Content Creation & Management:
2. Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce high-quality and engaging content
- Share Gain - Develop New business from existing and new customers

**Work Experience**
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

**Skills / Education**:

- Graduate/ Diploma from a reputed Institute. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is typically preferred. However, practical experience and relevant certifications can also be valuable.
- Fluent with written, spoken English, Hindi
- Excellent knowledge of MS office, good with computer systems. Previous experience in digital marketing roles, either through internships, freelance work, or full-time positions, is beneficial. Experience in specific areas like SEO, PPC, or social media management may be required depending on the role.
- Flair for sales
- Go getter and ambitious

**Salary**: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
