**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about products/services and answer questions to help customers make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into sales or appointments.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
- Handle customer objections and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and management to develop effective sales strategies and improve processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work different shifts if required.
