**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Training**:

- Deliver comprehensive training sessions on the latest technologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Ensure trainees understand and can implement solutions using:

- **.NET 8 API Development** (with exposure to upgrading from.NET 6).
- **SSIS** using Visual Studio 2019.
- **SQL Server 2019** for database management and optimization.
- **Mobaxterm** for connecting to Linux/Redis servers.
- **NoSQLBooster** for MongoDB operations.
- **Docker** and **Windows PowerShell** for containerization and build processes.
- **Support and Troubleshooting**:

- Provide ongoing technical support to development teams and trainees.
- Resolve technical issues related to APIs, databases, and server connections.
- Guide users on best practices for software development and deployment in a finance-based environment.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare training materials, user guides, and documentation for software tools and processes.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, trainee feedback, and issue resolutions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Technical Expertise**:

- Proficient in.NET 6/8 and API development.
- Strong knowledge of SSIS, SQL Server 2019, and database management.
- Familiarity with Mobaxterm, Redis, MongoDB, and NoSQLBooster.
- **Training Experience**:

- Proven track record in delivering technical training sessions.
- Ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences with varying technical expertise.
- **Problem-Solving and Communication**:

- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective training and support.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in the finance domain, particularly with stock exchange-related technologies.
- Familiarity with Visual Studio 2022 for development tasks.
- Certification in.NET, SQL Server, or related technologies is a plus
