To gain deep understanding of company business model, Work with Business Director & Global / Regional Marketing Team to **create & implement strategy** for business growth.
- Understand & **Align strategy** with Principle companies for focus market segment.
- Working closely with Regional Heads & their Sales Team to support their activities.
- Managing Marketing Communication Plan includes Contents on **Social Media,** Trade Shows, Seminars & Webinars etc.
- **Market research **to capture new Market Trends for Specific growing segments & input for competitive situation.
- **Data Interpretation & Analysis** to determine potential business prospects and supporting Sales team to share gain & develop new business.
- **Strategize **monthly Input & update meeting to keep close tab on marketing situation.
- **Strong coordination **with Technical team to provide them market & customer insight for developing solution for meeting customer needs.
Marketing professional with an experience of 5-10 Years.
Should have Knowledge of B2B business in Auto and Electronics Industrial products segment.
Should have an exposure on Creating, handling & managing marketing programs (Offline & Online) includes Capturing Market Trends, Leads, Data Analysis, Communications & promotional plans.
- **Education background from Electronics (B.Tech / BE) or MBA in Marketing.**
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
