**Technical Skills**:
1. At least 2 years of experience as a Tableau Admin
2. Hands on experience in build, release, deployment and monitoring of cloud-based scalable distributed systems.
3. Working experience in Cluster/Hybrid production-like environment creation including TLS, Load Balancing & High availability setup implementation knowledge
4. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in developing end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for complex systems: configuration management and/or automation tools, and/or continuous-integration tools (Jenkins, BitBucket, Nexus, GIT, Maven etc.)
5. Configure and maintain Tableau Server Software Layer
6. System Administration (includes site creation, server maintenance/Upgrades/patches).
7. Change management including software, hardware upgrades, patches.
8. Monitor server activity/usage statistics to identify possible performance issues/enhancements.
9. Performance tuning / Server management of tableau server environment (clustering, Load balancing).
10. Create/Manage Groups, Workbooks and Projects, Database Views, Data Sources and Data Connections.
11. Manage and support migration of objects (dimensions, measures, hierarchies, reports, workbooks, dashboards), from development to production environments.
12. Provide appropriate training and support to business users on the use of Tableau interactive web reports, and Tableau Desktop.
13. Partner with business to design tableau KPI scorecards & dashboards.
14. Assist in the identification and migration of data sources to Tableau server.
15. Assist in development of workbooks and dashboards to support business initiatives.
16. Develop and document standards/best practices for development and administration of the Tableau platform.
18. Familiarity with container runtime and orchestration platforms, preferably Docker and Kubernetes.
19. Familiarity with SQL and No-SQL databases
20. Familiarity with networking and security
21. Strategic thinker and capable of learning new technologies quickly.
22. Very good interface management with peers and managers.
23. Ability to work under high pressure.
24. Excellent English, ability to communicate fluently with peers abroad.
