**Job Description: Clothing Store Salesperson**

**Position Overview**:We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Clothing Store Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the perfect clothing items, and driving sales within our store. Your role will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers and promoting the brand's image.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Assistance**: Greet customers with a welcoming attitude, actively engage in conversations, and understand their clothing preferences and needs.

**Product Knowledge**: Develop a strong understanding of the store's clothing lines, brands, and current fashion trends to effectively assist customers in their selections.

**Styling Advice**: Offer personalized styling advice, suggesting outfits and coordinating clothing items to help customers achieve their desired look.

**Fitting Room Assistance**: Assist customers in the fitting rooms, providing size recommendations and offering alternatives when needed.

**Sales Generation**: Proactively approach customers and encourage them to explore new arrivals and promotions, ultimately driving sales and meeting individual and store-wide targets.

**Product Presentation**: Maintain a neat and organized store layout by ensuring clothing racks are well-organized and displays are visually appealing.

**Stock Management**: Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise on the sales floor, and communicate with management about popular items or low stock.

**Cash Handling**: Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, handle cash, and provide receipts as necessary.

**Customer Feedback**: Collect customer feedback and insights to improve the shopping experience and provide recommendations to management.

**Loss Prevention**: Monitor for shoplifting and assist in maintaining store security by adhering to loss prevention procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
