IT Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing maintenance of desktop, laptop, printer, and basic networking parts
- Providing first-line support for IT devices
- Monitoring daily operations, including hardware, software, and operating systems
- Coordinating technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Providing desk side support for local users, partners, and remote assistance for users
- Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems so that they operate effectively
- Hands-on experience with Windows & Mac environments
- Assuring all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations
- Remaining up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices

**Key Attributes**
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as an IT Executive or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware systems
- Expertise in data center management and data governance
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
