**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for a dynamic **Inside Sales Executive**, preferably from a **nursing or paramedical background**, who has a strong understanding of patient needs and an enthusiasm for consultative selling. You’ll be the voice of HJS, guiding patients, families, and caregivers in choosing the right healthcare equipment and services — while contributing directly to business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries from patients and caregivers.
- Understand medical needs and recommend suitable products (e.g., BiPAP vs CPAP, electric vs manual wheelchair).
- Explain features, pricing, and benefits of equipment and rental packages.
- Build rapport with leads and convert inquiries into successful orders.
- Coordinate with delivery, service, and store teams for smooth customer experience.
- Maintain records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups on CRM tools like Zoho.
- Follow up on payments, renewals, and feedback.
- Work with empathy — balancing commercial success with customer well-being.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication in **Hindi & English** (regional language is a bonus)
- Confidence, empathy, patience, and a result-oriented mindset
