**Job description**
**DESIRED SKILL**:
**Primary**
- Tracking and ensuring applicable compliances under the Companies Act and FEMA regulations,
- Coordinating with client SPOC/Directors, internal Nexdigm team, associates, auditors, and other stakeholders to collate information, give status updates, provide relevant clarifications, ensure statutory payments, track and confirm funds availability, obtain OTP, follow up for signed documents, etc.,
- Drafting requisite documents including meeting papers, declarations, agreements, board reports, policies, and allied documents as may be required and instructed by the reporting head and manager.
- Preparing E-forms/web-based forms as may be applicable to the Company, uploading and tracking their approval.
- Updating various internal trackers, ensuring necessary action for DSC renewals, obtaining and confirming receipt of funds against debit notes, vendor payments, etc.
- Conducting necessary research and supporting the reporting head/manager for specific advisory from time to time.

- Pursuing CS or having knowledge of secretarial compliances
- A passion for learning and improving Company Secretarial knowledge
- A passion for ensuring compliance
- Crossed the boundaries of operational delivery and stepped into the space of organizing, planning, and development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities
