Shift Incharge

1. Develop and implement production plans to meet the production targets efficiently. Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth execution of the production schedule.Analyse production requirements and allocate resources effectively.

2. Monitor and oversee the execution of tasks according to predetermined timelines.Take proactive measures to address any deviations from the schedule.Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols during production activities.

3. Utilize knowledge and experience in managing operations within an extraction factory environment.Supervise extraction processes and ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.Implement best practices for extraction operations to achieve desired outcomes.

4. Manage and oversee spray drying operations. Ensure proper functioning of equipment and adherence to operational procedures.Troubleshoot any issues related to spray drying processes.

5. Supervise the operation of various equipment including multi mill, pulveriser, blenders, tray drying, centrifuge, and vacuum tray drying.Ensure equipment maintenance and calibration schedules are followed.Train team members on equipment operation and safety procedures.

6. Possess understanding and familiarity with solvents used in the production process.Monitor solvent usage and ensure efficient utilization.Implement measures to minimize solvent wastage and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Additional Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Collaborate with other departments such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics to achieve overall production objectives.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the production team.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Dharapuram. Tamilnadu

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
