1. Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and respond to patient inquiries.2. Greet patients, families, and visitors, and provide directions and information as needed.3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and databases.4. OPD patient billings. *Public Handling*1. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors.2. Respond to patient complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.3. Collaborate with hospital staff to resolve patient issues and improve patient satisfaction.*Night Shift Responsibilities*1. Work night shifts, including rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.2. Maintain a calm and composed demeanor during emergency situations.3. Collaborate with night shift staff to ensure seamless patient care.*Requirements:*1. *Education*: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.2. *Experience*: 0-1 years of experience preferably in a healthcare setting, preferably in a receptionist or billing role.3. *Skills*: - Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficient in electronic medical records, and billing software. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.4. *Availability*: Ability to work night shifts, including rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.*What We Offer:*1.
