**Responsibilities**:
Manage day-to-day operations of the college library, including circulation, acquisition, and cataloging of books and journals.
Maintain and update library databases, classification systems, and digital resources.
Assist students and faculty in locating academic and research materials, both print and electronic.
Promote the use of library resources through orientations, workshops, and user education programs.
Coordinate with academic departments to support curriculum and research needs.
Supervise library staff, student assistants, and ensure an organized, quiet study environment.
Ensure regular maintenance of library infrastructure and technology.
