You will be responsible for original design ideas that simplify user experiences and address complex challenges, executing all stages of the visual design process from concept to final handoff.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Visualize and conceptualize creative ideas with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and provide creative direction.
- Design and enhance UI while adhering to usability principles, current trends, and aesthetic sensibilities.
- Develop design concepts aligned with business goals and brand strategy.
- Take complete ownership of projects from briefing to final release.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of design tasks.

**Required Skills**:

- **Training or Experience**:

- 3 to 6 months of formal training in UI/UX Design _or_
- 1 year of experience in Ui/Ux Designing.
- **Design Tools Proficiency**:

- Strong skills in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
- **Creative Expertise**:

- A strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and execution.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, logo design, layout principles, and image selection.
- **Soft Skills & Attitude**:

- Team player with a high learning attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Sensitivity to user-system interaction and excellent visual design sensibility.

**Experience Required**
- **3 to 6 Months** of formal training in UI/UX or **1 Year** of work experience in Ui/Ux domain.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
