**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Rockstar who can hustle, is entrepreneurial in nature, and has passion for building her / his career in the field of Graphic Designing. Someone who is passionate for rural India development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with team members to conceptualise and storyboard photo and video ideas that align with project objectives.
- Plan, schedule, and conduct video shoots, ensuring all necessary equipment and resources are available and prepared.
- Capture high-quality photo / video footage using professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment. These photos would be used for products, A+ content etc.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos, incorporating graphics, effects, and sound to enhance storytelling.
- Ensure all content meets brand standards, style guidelines, and technical specifications.
- Develop social media, brand, A+ content and marketing assets of the company
- Occasionally travel to different rural locations for on-location shoots or events.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical proficiency.
- Understanding of Illustrator, Adobe photoshop, Canva, coral draw (must have)
- Ideal experience required for the role is 0-3 Years
- Time Needed - 9 hours a day
- Work in the office (Hadapsar, Pune)
- Ability to take ownership of the work
- If you have your own camera, that will be great plus
- Additional skills in motion graphics, animation, or colour grading are a plus.

**Salary**:2-3 LPA

**Job Timings**: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
