**Requirements**:
As a Min-level Cinematographer, you will take the charge in shooting high quality videos. You'll be responsible for managing camera operations, lighting, and shot composition for all shoots. Your role will involve building setups, creating visually stunning content, and working collaboratively with the production team. You will also be pivotal in ensuring smooth transitions between shoots, weather for studio or event based content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Camera Operation**: Operate high-end cinema cameras (Sony FX3, Sony 7R V, etc.) and other equipment on high-profile shoots.
- **Camera Setup & Rigging**: Set up camera rigs, tripods, and other equipment, ensuring optimal results.
- **Lighting & Exposure Management**: Adjust lighting setups, exposure, and ensure visual consistency.
- **Creative Direction**: Collaborate with directors and the team to execute creative vision through cinematography.
- **Event Coverage**: Lead videography/photography for events, ensuring that shots align with the client’s brand and vision.
- **Post-Production Liaison**: Work closely with post-production teams to ensure footage aligns with the intended vision and tone.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in cinematography, filmmaking, or related field.
- **Experience**: hands-on experience in cinematography or related roles.
- **Skills**: Expertise in camera rigs, lighting setups, and event coverage.
- **Creative Vision**: Ability to execute and enhance a director’s creative vision while providing input into shot composition and framing.
- **Adaptability**: Comfortable working with a variety of production equipment and handling dynamic project requirements.
