- **Supplier Management**: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
- **Procurement Strategy**: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor supplier performance and product quality to ensure they meet established standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- **Market Analysis**: Track and analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to make informed decisions.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of all purchase transactions, supplier information, and important data.
- **Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams, such as Sales and Finance, to understand procurement needs and support processes.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, relevant laws, and regulations.
