**About the Role**:
BMKP Festiverse Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled and experienced **Media Production and Filmmaking Trainer** who can deliver advanced training in **Cinematography, Direction, Production Management, Scriptwriting, and Video Editing**. This role is critical to shaping the next generation of filmmakers, content creators, and video professionals by providing practical knowledge, hands-on experience, and industry-ready techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver end-to-end training programs on:

- **Cinematography**: Camera operations, framing, lighting, lenses, shot composition, camera movement.
- **Direction & Production**: Scene planning, team coordination, budgeting, pre/post-production planning.
- **Scriptwriting**: Writing for short films, digital content, ad films, character and dialogue development.
- **Video Editing**: Software-based editing using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
- Guide students through **live shoots, editing projects, production simulations**, and **film-making workshops**.
- Mentor learners on how to plan, execute, and deliver quality **short films, commercials, and social media content**.
- Organize **hands-on sessions, industry projects, field assignments, and group-based productions**.
- Provide structured feedback, assessments, and portfolio reviews for students.
- Stay updated with **latest trends in filmmaking, camera technology, editing software, and storytelling formats**.
- Collaborate with other trainers, production teams, and marketing departments for live projects and real-time media content creation.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Film Studies, Mass Communication, or related creative fields.
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience in **filmmaking, video production, or media training**.
- Proven skills in **DSLR/Mirrorless camera handling**, lighting setup, and post-production tools.
- Proficiency in software like **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro**.
- Ability to break down complex production workflows into easy-to-understand teaching modules.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in **English and Hindi**.
- Ability to inspire and lead creative learners with real-world examples and case studies.

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Experience in **YouTube filmmaking, OTT content, or branded video storytelling**.
- Knowledge of **AI-enhanced tools** for video editing, background removal, voice sync, etc.
- Previous experience in conducting **film festivals, student showcases, or media competitions**.

**Working Days & Hours**:

- Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
