Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Identify and research potential customer and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through various channels, including orthodontic data base, cold calling, networking,

and online research.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and Product Detailing to prospective clients.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of the Flash Aligner System and relevant services.

Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing Flash Certified Orthodontist.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Sales Negotiation and Closing:

- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements.
- Close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Market Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the company on market trends, customer needs, and product opportunities.

Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the sales reporting software.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

End User Experience:

- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from

end-users, ensuring their satisfaction with the Flash Aligner experience.
- Education: Offer guidance to end-users on post-scan care or follow-up procedures, if necessary.
- Professionalism: Uphold a high level of professionalism and ethical standards throughout the entire

process.

Continuous Improvement:

- Feedback: Gather feedback from end-users and internal stakeholders to identify areas for

improvement in the customer experience.
- Training: Stay updated on the latest advancements in the industry and undergo training to enhance

your skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
