Admission Counselllor

Key Responsibilities:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate leads through online/offline channels, networking, and outreach to expand the prospective student base.
- **Counselling**: Guide prospective students and parents by understanding their needs and providing detailed information about courses, programs, and the admission process.
- **Sales Conversion**: Convert leads into admissions by building trust, addressing concerns, and promoting the institute's value propositions.
- **Marketing Activities**: Support and execute marketing campaigns, webinars, open houses, and events to enhance brand visibility and attract prospective students.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion progress using CRM software or other tools.
- **Relationship Building**: Build strong rapport with parents and students, ensuring a personalized experience throughout the admission journey.
- **Quality Service**: Ensure a seamless and satisfying admission experience for parents and students, addressing queries efficiently and courteously.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and new strategies to effectively position the institute.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet monthly and annual targets for lead conversion and admissions, contributing to the growth of the institute.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales and marketing experience, preferably in education.
- Proficiency basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in team
- A friendly, empathetic, and results-driven approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
