**Curriculum Delivery**: Teach **English Language and Literature** to students in **Grades 6 to 8** following the CBSE syllabus.
- **Lesson Planning**: Prepare and execute engaging lesson plans in line with the **NCERT guidelines** and school curriculum.
- **Student Engagement**: Foster a stimulating classroom environment that encourages **active participation and creative expression**.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**: Design and administer periodic assessments, evaluate student progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- **Language Development**: Enhance students' **reading comprehension, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills**.
- **Technology Integration**: Incorporate **digital tools and educational technology** into teaching to enhance learning outcomes.
- **Extracurricular Activities**: Encourage students to participate in **debates, elocution, creative writing, dramatics, and literary clubs**.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain discipline, create a positive learning atmosphere, and address individual learning needs.
- **Parental Communication**: Engage with **parents** through PTMs and regular updates to discuss student progress.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated with **CBSE guidelines, new teaching methodologies, and best practices** in English education.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English / Literature / Education (B.Ed. preferred)**:

- **CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) qualification is a plus**:

- **Experience**:

- **Minimum 2-5 years** of teaching experience in **middle school (Grades 6-8)**:

- Experience teaching in a **CBSE school** is preferred
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong command over **English language and grammar**:

- Ability to create **engaging and interactive** lesson plans
- **Excellent communication & classroom management skills**:

- Proficiency in using **smartboards, online resources, and digital platforms**:

- Passion for literature and student development

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,765.44 - ₹40,543.64 per month
