**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative **Videographer** to create engaging video content for various platforms. You will manage day-to-day video shoots, editing, and ensure seamless storytelling aligned with our brand vision. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys collaborating with diverse teams to produce impactful video content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Production**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and more.
- Execute video concepts that align with marketing strategies and social trends.
- **Collaboration & Alignment**:

- Work with content strategists, graphic designers, and marketing teams to ensure creative consistency.
- Understand and incorporate brand guidelines into all video projects.
- **Trend Adaptation & Innovation**:

- Stay updated on video production trends, tools, and techniques to ensure captivating content.
- Experiment with new formats, transitions, and video styles to enhance audience engagement.
- **Equipment Management**:

- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio tools.
- Ensure proper setup and breakdown of equipment for all shoots.
- **Post-Production**:

- Edit video footage with precision, incorporating transitions, effects, music, and graphics as needed.
- Optimize content for different formats and platforms while meeting deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- **Education & Experience**:

- Degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in videography, including shooting and editing content.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video projects.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Familiarity with videography tools, cameras, and equipment.
- Understanding of lighting, composition, and audio techniques.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Creativity with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
- Excellent time management and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
