Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Extreme Fiber Executive located in Coimbatore. As an Extreme Fiber Executive, you will be responsible for managing the plant site, overseeing the day-to-day operation of extreme fiber specific equipment and ensure plant production and quality goals are met. You will manage and direct the activities of production employees to achieve production objectives safely and efficiently, provide guidance and expertise for the plant team, and develop and implement strategies aimed at improving plant performance.

**Qualifications**:
10th STD or Bachelor's degree

Freshers and Experience can apply

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills

Experience in managing projects, executing continuous improvement, and managing change

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Excellent prioritization and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
