**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering positive relationships and understanding their unique needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities and contribute to the renewal process for existing clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹270,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
