Lab Technician

*Job Title:* Lab Technician - Quality Control

*Location:*Bhusawal

*Reports To:* Quality Control Manager
*Job Summary:*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Testing & Analysis:*
- Conduct routine and non-routine tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products according to established protocols.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as spectrophotometers, chromatographs, and other analytical instruments.
- Perform calibration and validation of laboratory equipment and methods.

2. *Quality Assurance:*
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Identify and investigate quality issues, including non-conformance and deviations, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Document and report test results, maintaining accurate and thorough records.

3. *Documentation & Reporting:*
- Prepare and review technical reports, including data summaries and analysis.
- Maintain detailed records of test procedures, results, and corrective actions.
- Assist in the preparation of quality documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.

4. *Lab Maintenance:*
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals and samples.
- Assist in inventory management of laboratory supplies and reagents.

5. *Collaboration:*
- Work closely with other departments, including production, research and development, and regulatory affairs.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

*Qualifications:*
- *Education:* Associate’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- *Experience:* Previous experience in a laboratory setting, particularly in a quality control role, is advantageous.
- *Skills:*
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and use of analytical instruments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, GMP) is a plus.

*Physical Requirements:*
- Ability to lift and move laboratory equipment and materials.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and work with potentially hazardous materials following safety protocols.

*Working Conditions:*
- Work is performed in a laboratory setting with exposure to chemicals and biological materials.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
