**Title**:Asst. Executive Customer Service & Finance

**Location**:Bengaluru, India

**Reports to**:Regional Manager - South

**Job summary**:
Should possess a good knowledge of modern ERP system and well versed with Microsoft Office. Should also possess strong communication skills and have the ability to coordinate with various departments. Responsible for all Finance, Logistics & Supply chain management tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support and handle Finance and Logistics tasks daily
- Day-to-day order invoicing and payment follow ups
- Coordinate for end-to-end keycard orders (Artwork/Sample requirement, order placing, follow up for delivery, dispatch to end clients)
- Factory order placing, follow up on delivery timeline, invoice posting for import shipment
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team for timely stock report and dispatch of shipments to end client
- Regular reconciliation of labor expenses
- Coordinating with customer and logistics for shipment
- Verifying vendor invoices and booking
- GST Input follow up, Vendor & Customer balance confirmation follow-up
- Reconciliation for vendor & customer balance
