**Location: Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon and Banglore**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Generation:
Identifying and pursuing new sales leads, conducting market research to identify potential customers, and generating sales through various methods like cold calling, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
- Sales Targets:
Achieving or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- To understand & gain Product Knowledge:
Developing a strong understanding of the company's products and services, and effectively communicating their value to potential clients.
- Reporting and Analysis:
Providing regular sales reports, tracking performance against targets, and analyzing market trends.
- Market Knowledge:
Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

**Required Skills**:

- **Sales Skills**:Prospecting, lead generation, presentation skills, negotiation, and closing deals.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- **Organizational Skills**:Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:Ability to identify and resolve customer issues and overcome sales challenges.
- **Technical Skills**:Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- **Self-Motivation and Drive**:A results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Willingness to Travel**:Field sales roles often require travel to client locations.

Pay: ₹9,980.36 - ₹24,995.48 per month
