Principal Engineeer

In your new role you will:

- 15 to 18 Years of Quality management experience
- 3 to 5 Years in Automotive industry in Software Quality Management ASPICE Provisional Assessor Certified.( Mandatory)
- Solid understanding on concepts, principles and procedures of Quality Management System, standards, models and Tools
- Solid understanding on how Software development practices are carried out by the project team.
- Good Understanding of the Software development tools
- Good understanding of the ASPICE and IATF requirements
- Sound Knowledge on the Development Tools used for the Embedded product development.
- Define & Deploy the Quality Assurance plan for the projects planned in a **product family**based on the project scope applicable standards.
- Execute the Quality Assurance activities as defined and regularly report on their status and results including process compliance check, work product reviews, Product Release audits, Metrics tracking and Reporting for the entire product family
- Mitigates risks and deviations versus requirements and performance and manage problem solving (close the gap).Executes release management for defined product range and documentation according to processes/rules and customer requirements.
- Participate and contribute in the product family team meetings in ensuring the Quality expectations are taken care and not deviated.
- Support the Business line projects on QM related activities during the customer visit, auditsReport any quality deviations to the QM management

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Acting as SWQM Lead (Software QM) for a Product Family of SW projects executed in Divisions and ensuring the Quality assurance activities are carried like Process Definition, Process training, Process deployment, Management reporting, Process Compliance & Release checks and driving continuous improvement.
- Lead and Drive the Business line level quality improvement projects and initiatives.
- Manages and secures product quality (incl. software and safety upon requirement) through out the lifecycle incl. development/change management incl. regularly monitoring and improvement.
- Guides and mentor the peer SWQM on the Infineon process, SW Engineering practices and ASPICE standards
- Ensures that quality standards and quality requirements from customer are kept/decided/fulfilled/monitored and documented.
- Very good knowledge on SW engineering practices covering the Automotive domain standards like ASPICE, IATF 16949. (Knowledge on ISO 26262 is also preferred).
- Exposure in handling multiple projects in multiple regions.Leads and Drives the ASPICE assessment and deployment in the projects planned at the Product Family level
