**Job Title: Sr. Consultant - Infor Financials_Taxation / India Localization**:
**Input Service Distribution (ISD) - Background**

Input Service Distribution under GST is now mandatory w.e.f. **01st April 2025**for all the assesses where Head office has to avail common services and distribute it to their Branches “As is” all the invoices were booked to Pithampur plant only but from 01st April 2025 all such common service invoices is required to be book in ISD and Input Tax Credit is required to be avail in ISD location and from their this input Tax Credit is required to be transferred through Invoice to Branche offices.
- ISD registration Only applicable on Common Services and not on any Material/CAPEX Supply

**System related changes required for ISD compliance.**

**Changes at PO level** è required option to purchase team to issue purchase order from ISD location and on purchase order ISD GST Registration details is required, so that vendor can bill correctly to CNH at ISD GSTN & Location

**Bill processing level**è**Similar changes in invoice processing “ZMIRO” also required user can directly process invoice based on purchase order at ISD location, for that creation of new business Place, Business Area (if required) further New GL Code regarding invoice processing will be created.

**Invoice Creation**è**since there is no Sales Transaction from ISD, but for distribution of Input Tax Credit of Services from ISD Location to Branch offices is required and therefore required Invoice creation through FB70 and Credit Note creation through FB75 from ISD Location. In case any ready solution available in ERP then we will follow the same instead of JV’s.

Further regular service invoices where services are taken at Pithampur plant/Noida plant or only particular location will continue and this is only applicable for common services.

3-4 Reports changes.

These changes are applicable for both Infor LN & SAP.
