**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Source and evaluate suppliers to secure cost-effective deals without compromising on quality.
- Conduct negotiations to achieve the best prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Manage relationships with existing suppliers and resolve any quality, delivery, or billing issues.
- Ensure timely procurement of products and materials needed to support production and sales.
- Work closely with the inventory and production teams to anticipate demand and avoid supply gaps.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on pricing trends and sourcing options.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchase, Negotiation, and Customer Management, ideally in the skincare or FMCG sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills, with a track record of successful supplier relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant procurement software.
