- Manage day-to-day operations of the hospital laboratory, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
- Supervise and provide guidance to laboratory technicians, ensuring compliance with laboratory protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the procurement and maintenance of laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels and equipment functionality.
- Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to ensure timely and accurate test results, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.
- Stay updated on advancements in laboratory technology and best practices, implementing improvements to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to laboratory procedures, quality control, and regulatory compliance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
