Hello, Folks,

Our team is looking for **Graphic Designers** who can use letters, illustrations, and colors to communicate a strong message visually and conceptually. Ideally, the individual should have prior experience in creating social media-ready designs/posts and be comfortable with making visual stories based on data visualization.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Creating high quality, high impact visual assets for digital, video, animation and social media based on the briefs
- Create a visual identity for the digital media channel through outstanding designs, posts, thumbnails, carousel posts and graphic elements.
- Visualize and create data-driven posts to communicate with larger audiences.
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

**Required Skills, and Qualifications**
- Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics across a variety of channels and mediums, especially digital
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Possesses a passion for clean design, a love for typography, and an understanding of data visualization and color theory.
- A keen observer of social media trends, current affairs, and political issues
- Experience in handling small to large-scale publications, understanding of print media, and expertise in delivering high-end marketing collaterals, posters, and other print-related material

**Experience**:

- **2-5 years' experience is required**:

- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
- Comfortable working in both English and Hindi languages

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
