**About the Company**

CROSSED HEARTS is a publishing house dedicated to adapting Korean webcomics and Japanese manga into English. We cater to graphic novel enthusiasts in English-speaking markets, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the Indian subcontinent. With over 20 series currently in pipeline for launch by 2027, we are seeking a global partner to facilitate the digital and physical distribution of our titles, ensuring their presence in retail stores worldwide. Our inaugural collection is slated for a global release in the third quarter of 2025. At CROSSED HEARTS, our mission is to bridge cultural divides by introducing exceptional Korean and Japanese works to English-speaking audiences, solidifying our position as a global leader in graphic literatureWe have a global presence and are currently expanding the team and looking for talented individuals to join our fast-growing team in Bangalore (Hybrid/On-Site).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design digital creatives and banners for social media platforms (especially Instagram) and newsletters with a focus on manga/anime aesthetics.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure brand and style consistency.
- Conceptualize and create visual assets that showcase characters, titles, and promotional content in a dynamic, anime-inspired style.
- Deliver high-quality designs in both editable (PSD/AI) and final (PNG/JPG/PDF) formats.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing manga, anime, or illustrated digital art.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design tools.
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, and color theory.
- Prior experience designing banners, social media creatives, or newsletters with an anime/manga theme is highly preferred.
- Ability to translate creative briefs into polished, visually appealing anime-style designs.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
