Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, real-world Business Analyst training in a virtual setting.
- Develop and maintain course content, including presentations, case studies, assignments, and project work.
- Teach key concepts such as SDLC, Agile/Scrum, BRD, FRD, UAT, stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and process modeling.
- Guide students in the use of BA tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, and Balsamiq.
- Provide mentorship and support to help learners understand business analysis processes and tools.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and methodologies in business analysis.
- Evaluate student performance through quizzes, exercises, and capstone projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst. Teaching or mentoring experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC methodologies, documentation (BRD, FRD, Use Cases), and BA tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. CBAP/CCBA certification is a plus.

Pay

₹600 to ₹1500 per hour, based on experience and session quality.
