**Job Summary**:
The Storekeeper is responsible for the efficient management and control of inventory, supplies, and equipment within the warehouse or storage facility. This includes receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory records.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Receiving and Storage**:
1. Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantity and quality.

2. Store items in designated areas, ensuring proper storage conditions.

3. Organize and maintain a tidy and accessible storage space.

**Inventory Management**:
1. Maintain accurate inventory records (computerized).

2. Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.

3. Monitor stock levels, reporting low stock or overstocking.

**Issuing and Dispatch**:
1. Process requests for materials, equipment, or supplies.

2. Issue items to authorized personnel, tracking usage.

3. Coordinate dispatch of goods to customers or other locations.

**Administrative Tasks**:
1. Maintain records of receipts, issuances, and stock adjustments.

2. Prepare reports on inventory levels, usage, and discrepancies.

3. Perform periodic inventory audits.

4.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

**Requirements**:
1. 1-2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or inventory management.

2. Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office).

3. Good communication and organizational skills.

4. Ability to lift, bend, and work in a warehouse environment.

5. Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
