**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Creative Design & Branding**:

- Develop visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both digital and print media.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Assist in creating logos, infographics, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- **Video Editing & Animation**:

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and website content.
- Work on basic video animations, motion graphics, and transitions for engaging video content.
- Optimize videos for different platforms and devices, ensuring top quality and fast loading times.
- **Social Media & Digital Assets**:

- Design eye-catching creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop banners, thumbnails, and video ads for digital marketing campaigns.
- **Collaboration & Innovation**:

- Work closely with the marketing and content team to create compelling visual and video content.
- Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for branding and promotional campaigns.
- **Editing & Optimization**:

- Edit and retouch images for high-quality outputs.
- Edit and optimize videos for different formats and platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 0-1 year in graphic design, video editing, or a related field.
- **Software Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva (Bonus: Final Cut Pro).
- **Creativity**: Strong sense of design, color theory, typography, and video storytelling.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to maintain consistency and quality in designs and videos.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- **Portfolio**: A strong design and video portfolio showcasing previous work is required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Understanding of video editing and animation techniques.
- Familiarity with social media trends and branding strategies.
