**Gender: Female only**

**Experience: Min 1 year**

**Education
- Any Graduate**

**Age limit: 20-30**

**Good communication skills**

**Fresher will be consider have done Professional course from any well known Institutes**

**Job Description -**
- Travel to different locations in assigned territory and region and conduct sales trainings/workshops (minimum 11 in a month) in regional languages/ English as per the requirement
- Conducting trainings on Cosmetic &personal grooming products.
- Conducting demo of the products to the distributors.
- Will be handling billing as and when required.
- Coordination with concerned sales team member for the meeting & training requirements and schedule plan accordingly

**Required Skills/competencies for the role**:
**Behavioral Competencies**:

- Able to address huge crowds & must be presentable
- Ensuring timely and quality delivery of above trainings
- Direct Selling Experience is advantageous (but not necessary)

**Technical/Functional Competencies**:

- Good knowledge of skin care & makeup and need to stay updated on the latest beauty trends
- Course in Make-up (preferable)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
- Should be well versed with MS Office suite (MS Word, PowerPoint & excel)
- Should be willing to travel 10-15 days in a month

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
