Collateral Pledging- Product Delivery- Associate

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The Wholesale Lending Services (WLS), Product Owner will be responsible for driving key initiatives within the Lending Simplification roadmap. Projects will range in scope to include process re-engineering, creating new functionality & capabilities, implementing new systems, conversions, end-user testing & training, development of SOP’s and the facets of program management required to ensure successful deployment and adoption of the changes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Strong product knowledge/hands on experience and domain expertise on commercial lending operations, E2E process/loan life cycle.
- Evaluate business processes, requirements analysis, uncovering areas for improvement, developing, and implementing solutions
- Elicit, analyze, and validate the business needs. Serve as liaison between stakeholders and users
- Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
- Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation — to project managers, sponsors, and key stakeholders
- An interest and understanding of project management techniques and business analysis. Commercial awareness, time management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

**Key Skills & Attributes**
- Bachelor's Degree with 8- 10 years’ experience including minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or loan servicing work, preferably for commercial lending or experience in a Back office/Financial industry.
- Fed Pledging will be an added advantage
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Advanced technical, analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Strong problem solving and investigative skills to undertake analysis, resolve issues/problems related to the process
