**Patient Monitoring**:Dialysis technicians closely observe patients during treatment, monitoring vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, etc.) and assessing for any complications or adverse reactions.
- **Equipment Preparation and Maintenance**:They are responsible for assembling and ensuring the proper functioning of dialysis machines, as well as cleaning and sterilizing equipment to maintain a safe environment.
- **Patient Education**:Dialysis technicians provide education to patients and their families regarding the dialysis process, dietary considerations, and self-care techniques to promote better health and well-being.
- **Documentation**:They meticulously record patient information, including treatment details, vital signs, and any changes in patient condition.
- **Collaboration**:Dialysis technicians work collaboratively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
- **Emergency Response**:They are trained to respond to dialysis-related emergencies, such as administering oxygen or performing basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
- **Infection Control**:Dialysis technicians play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe treatment environment by adhering to infection control policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
