**Responsibilities**:

- Visual Content Creation: Design compelling and impactful graphics for digital and print marketing materials, including social media posts, website visuals, product brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Brand Enhancement: Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and enhance the IdeaForge brand identity across all design assets. Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visuals, and tone of voice.
- Product Visualisation: Create visually appealing renderings and illustrations to showcase IdeaForge products and solutions in action. Work closely with the product development team to accurately represent product features and functionalities.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns by creating engaging visual assets that resonate with our target audience. Contribute creative ideas and concepts to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design technologies. Use insights to inform design decisions and contribute to the overall marketing strategy.
- Collaborative Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and engineering, to support various projects and initiatives. Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Creative flair and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative design solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- Prior experience or coursework in marketing, branding, or digital design is a plus.
