**Job Description:

We are hiring a **Tele calling executive** to join our team at **LEARNCIMPLY.COM**. This is a full-time position based in Pookolathur, Manjeri. As a Tele calling executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing information about our education consulting and related services.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our consulting services.
- Follow up on leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
- Generate new leads through cold calling.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Plus Two or higher in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow scripts and guidelines to deliver an effective sales pitch.
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry.
- Ability to build rapport with potential customers.
- Organizational and time management skills.

**Language**: Malayalam (Compulsory)

**Schedule**:09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Mon-Sat) (8-hour day shift)

**Benefits: -**:

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
