**Oracle Database Administrator**
**Location**: Gurgaon
**Experience**: 10+ years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer and maintain Oracle databases to ensure high performance, security, and availability.
- Lead and execute database migrations, upgrades, and patch management.
- Develop and implement robust backup and recovery strategies.
- Provide consultancy and recommendations on Oracle database best practices to internal teams and clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues to enhance system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless database integration and operation.
- Ensure compliance with database security and performance standards.
- Maintain documentation for database processes, configurations, and system procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience in Oracle database administration.
- Expertise in database migrations, upgrades, and patching.
- Proficiency in Oracle tools like RMAN, Data Pump, and Oracle Enterprise Manager.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of database performance tuning, disaster recovery, and backup/recovery strategies.
- Experience with scripting languages (Shell, PL/SQL) is a plus.
- Oracle Database Administration certification (preferred but not required).
