We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Tekla Modeler & Detailer**and a working knowledge of **STAAD.Pro** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and manage detailed 3D models using **Tekla Structures** for steel and RCC projects.
- Generate **fabrication drawings, GA drawings, erection drawings**, and **material BOQs** from Tekla models.
- Perform **basic structural analysis and validation using STAAD.Pro**, in coordination with the structural engineering team.
- Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to interpret design inputs.
- Review design drawings and ensure accuracy in modeling and detailing.
- Identify and resolve modeling clashes and ensure constructability.
- Revise and update models based on design changes and markups.
- Maintain documentation and timely submission of project deliverables.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Diploma/Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- **2+ years of experience in Tekla Structures** (modeling & detailing).
- **Working knowledge of STAAD.Pro** for structural analysis.
- Good understanding of steel and RCC structural systems, connections, and construction practices.
- Knowledge of relevant standards and codes (IS, AISC, BS, etc.).
- Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in **pre-engineered buildings (PEB)** and **industrial structures**.
- Exposure to **international codes** and **multi-disciplinary coordination**.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
