**- Job location** - Serampore, Hooghly (near Serampore railway station)

**- Qualification** - Honours Graduate in Commerce or Accounting and basic computer knowledge.

**- Duty hours** - Mon
- Sat (10.30am - 7.00pm)

**- Salary** - 8k to 10k

- Must have at least Bachelor Degree in Commerce or Accounting
- Knowledge in handling financial transactions through any accounting software - Tally and Excel.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Knowledge of financial reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Record financial transactions in Tally.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns.
- Collaborate with auditors to address inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards and regulations.
- TDS, GST, PF, ESI, P. TAX return filing.
- Prepare monthly MIS.
- Monthly invoices raised and prepare money receipt.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
